We ship across India from our store in Mogappair, Chennai. Here is everything you need to know about delivery charges, timelines and tracking.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes in India through our courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you before dispatch and refund any prepaid amount in full.
2. Delivery charges and speed
Delivery is handled by Delhivery. At checkout you choose how fast you want it:
- Standard (surface): the most economical option, usually 3 to 7 business days.
- Express (air): faster, usually 2 to 4 business days, at a higher charge.
The charge depends on your PIN code and order weight and is always shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after you place your order.
3. Dispatch and delivery time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days within Tamil Nadu and 4 to 8 business days for the rest of India. Remote locations can take a little longer.
4. Order tracking
As soon as your order ships we send the tracking details to the phone number and email you gave at checkout. You can also see your order status any time under My account → Orders.
5. Damaged or tampered parcels
If the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the parcel. If you notice damage after opening, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps) and we will make it right.
