Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes in India, and the delivery charge for your PIN code is shown at checkout. Shipping policy
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days within Tamil Nadu and 4 to 8 business days elsewhere in India.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
No. All orders are paid online at checkout with UPI, cards or netbanking, secured by Razorpay. This keeps dispatch fast and refunds simple.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), RuPay, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and netbanking. All payments are secured by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available.
How do I find my size?
Use the Size guide link on every product page. Still unsure? Call us on +91 63838 71745 or try it on at our Mogappair store.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You can request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. Returns & exchanges
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and cover the return shipping.
How do I track my order?
We send tracking details by email and message once your order ships. You can also check the status under My account → Orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, any time before it is dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us with your order number.
