These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with REBEL CLOTHING (“Rebel”, “we”, “us”), Mogappair, Chennai. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. We try to show colours, fits and details as accurately as possible, but screen settings can make colours look slightly different. Prices and availability can change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email or message once it is accepted. We may cancel an order (and refund any amount paid) if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
3. Payment
Online payments (UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking) are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details. All orders are paid online at checkout; Cash on Delivery is not available.
4. Shipping, exchanges and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Exchanges, returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & exchanges policy. Both form part of these terms.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for activity under your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery details so we can deliver your order.
6. Intellectual property
The Rebel name, logo, photographs, text and designs on this website belong to Rebel and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or strikes.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
9. Grievances and contact
For any complaint or question about these terms, call or WhatsApp us on +91 63838 71745 (Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 9:30 pm), message us on Instagram @rebelclothing.ind, or visit our store at 5/141, 2nd School Street, Brindawan Colony, Mogappair, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600037. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
